ATLANTA – April 6, 2020 – Wingspire Capital Holdings (“Wingspire” or the “Firm”) today announced that David Phillips has joined the Firm as Managing Director in the Atlanta office. In this role, Mr. Phillips will be responsible for business development activities in the Southeast and Texas. Mr. Phillips brings to Wingspire over three decades of origination and business development experience in asset-based lending.

Mr. Phillips has held senior leadership roles at several finance companies in his career including Wells Fargo Capital Finance (Foothill), CIT Business Credit, Alostar Capital Finance and Heller Financial, and has been responsible for sourcing new deals across various industry verticals, including Specialty Finance and Retail Finance.
