Wingspire Capital Provides $50 Million to SG Credit Partners

ATLANTA — June 29, 2021 — Wingspire Capital LLC (“Wingspire”) announced that it has provided a $50 million senior secured revolving line of credit to SG Credit Partners, Inc. (“SG Credit”) to support their growth trajectory.  SG Credit’s broad credit lending platform, focused on serving lower middle market entrepreneurs, is unique with its ability to structure senior and junior debt transactions based on cash flow, working capital assets, equipment, real estate, intangibles, and personal assets individually or in a hybrid structure.
